Hedland Personnel Inc. is an employment agency for people with disabilities. A disability could be intellectual, psychiatric, neurological, speech impairment, hearing impairment, vision impairment, literacy/learning barriers, sensory or physical impairment or a combination of any of these.

We provide a free service.

You are eligible to register with Hedland Personnel if:

• you have a disability
• you have a referral
• you want to work in open employment for at least 8 hours per week
• you are over the age of 15

What Hedland Personnel Will Do For You

If you have a disability and would like a job, Hedland Personnel can help you:

• We will prepare an Employment Assistance Plan with you
• We will assist you to find a job that suits your unique abilities
• We will provide you with on the job training and support
• We will arrange for a co-worker in your workplace to assist you and to help you with anything you may find difficult
• We will assist you with any training you may need as your job develops
• We will keep in touch with you to make sure that everything is going well for both you and your employer

The Staff at Hedland Personnel are committed to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities. Their skills are not just centred on obtaining jobs for people with disabilities, but improving the general quality of life for these unique individuals.
